But although chocolates are good, a lot is not better. Still, you must consume it with moderation. You can enjoy it, but you must also know the limitation and control.
Can't say I need to lose some weight but what I would do for a nice dark chocolate right now. nom nom nom.
ReplyDeleteIf you don't need to lose weight, of course you can still eat and enjoy dark chocolate. After all, it's not just for the people who wanted to become slim. Dark chocolates have lots of antioxidants and considered very healthy. But of course,don't eat too much. :)
