I thought that coffee alone will be healthy for my diet. I thought I'll gain more weight if I take breakfast. But I was wrong. As time passed by, I already observed that I am gaining more weight for not taking a healthy breakfast. And so I changed. I changed my attitude, and my routine.

Studies have shown that skipping meals, especially breakfast will make you fat. It's true. So here, I want to share what my mentor have taught me about having a healthy morning habit. Well, what is great is that, it's just simple!
